you know, i've been meaning to write for a while but keep putting it off. two weeks ago we took a trip to the other side of wisconsin so i could pick up a color enlarger i bought on ebay. it was a tedious task, but what i noticed and made the drive worth my while was all the kerry/edwards signs. for every bush/cheney, there was a kerry/edwards---and this is in the middle of the state--mostly farms and farmers. this election really is the rich vs the poor... well, nothing is really that--it's rich folk vs more rich folk, but the intelligent poor can see beyond the fear tactic the bush regime is using -- and since the poor way outnumber the rich--voila.

another funny note... there i was working on a movie in the farmlands of western minneosta and there was one site that had bush/cheney AND kerry/edwards signs. was funny. it was some grainery. there must be some heated debates there, no?

ah, yes, you heard me right. i was regrettibly working in the film business. this time i sorta had an okay time. i mean, i could do it to make money if it's like that. people here are way nicer and not so pretentious. i don't know--that's not completely accurate... because some people are grossly pretentious, but as is the way around here, it's not completely overt. they still treat you nicely. it's all okay.

but i took some really fun photos out there...
